Also, all kind of negative energies and evils get destroyed through the possession of Ram Raksha Yantra. One should purify himself through body, mind and soul before bearing Ram Raksha Yantra. While bearing the Yantra, the person should be calmly sitting on the floor with the direction of the face towards the east. Now, open the Ram Raksha Yantra and place it along with an image of the Lord of Yantra, or your Isht Lord. Light up diya(s), place fresh fruit(s) and fresh flower(s) on the altar. Then, take the water from any leaf of any tree, and then sprinkle it over yourself, followed by sprinkling it over the Ram Raksha Yantra. The mantra of “Om Sri Ram Jaya Rama Jaya Jaya Rama " should then be chanted for 21 times with complete belief, dedication and concentration on the God, to get the bearing process of Ram Raksha Yantra completed. Close both the eyes to concentrate and prey to the deity for fulfilling your wishes.
The Mantra for Ram Raksha Yantra is “Om Daserathaya Vidhmahe. Sita Vallabhaya Dhi Mahi. Tanno Rama Prachodayat”, which should be chanted for 108 times as a standard rule, to derive utmost benefits of the Yantra. The Beej Mantra for Ram Raksha Yantra is "Ram Ramete Ramete, Rame Rame Manorame. Sahasre Nam Tatulyam,Ram Nam Varanane". The other Ram Mantra for Ram Raksha Yantra is “Om Sri Ram Jaya Rama Jaya Jaya Rama”.
